Staff sometimes friendly

They placed me in a room on a floor that was next to a unit being remodeled, so the door was open, and it looked very unsightly and smelled like drywall dust badly

This is a boutique hotel that covers every area of comfort. The location is prime, its steps away from Central Embassy mall, and is surrounded by multiple embassies so safety, security and comfort are all met. The staff is phenomenal and they make the stay very accommodating. Perfect for short and longs stays. Whenever we return to Bangkok this property is on speed dial.

There’s not much to dislike! Met all of my travel needs. Home away from home!

Room was super clean , everything was already available in room , super enjoyable stay, staff was very polite, welcome drink was too good , i must must suggest everyone to stay in this hotel if you vist bangkok, restaurant, mall , night market , everything is just in 5 min distance away from this market

Ambience was beautiful, room was big for couples, they provide washing machine, oven, and many more thing, they free tuk tuk service also

Wish tuk tuk service was more frequent

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean well maintained. Tuk Tuk shuttle to BTS station during off-peak hours. Relative convenience to Bumrungrad Hospital.

Distance from BTS creates difficulty during rush hours or heavy rain.

It was great to have a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities

It could be better if they provided hand soap in the bathrooms and tissue in the bedrooms.

When we visit the steam room for Ladies is under repair. My wife can’t enjoy this facility.

The Livingroom had a big spider on the corner and had many cobwebs which means it was never deeply cleaned, we kept sneezing first day until we got used to it, dusty ducts and furnitureThe bell boy was very on to our faces asking us where you are going and who is taking you there? and was repeating that he will get us a driver.We tried to be kind but he was not happy when he saw our new driver and stopped helping us.The breakfast is very limited

The quietness, cleanliness and the friendly staff, especially JJ. There is tutu provided to BTS. The unit is spacious for my family.

The swimming pool is too small and unclear water with lots of mosquitoes, breakfast is decent with limited varieties.

Location was very good, near shopping malls and Sky Train Station. Tuk Tuk from hotel to main street available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms with kitchen and balcony. Great breakfast buffet with lots of different things to choose. Swimmingpool small but nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place for couples, families and single travellers.

Everything was just great.

We love the amenities that comes with the room - you have all your necessities for a long stay. But what makes it an amazing are the staff who are always ready to go above and beyond to help. A special mention to JJ who has been extraordinary, always present with a big smile and help you get around Bangkok.

The staff were very warm and the room was very comfortable.

There was a slight noise of an electric buzz and a slight odor coming from the bathroom.

Location was bad, and the price was to high compared to others with same room number, the pictures shows that the rooms are much bigger than reality

The price is acceptable and affordable but not deserve to be a 4 star hotel.

The hotel somehow is outdated and unfortunately, dirty. Also, the hotel benefits are a joke or in another word it’s scam. It’s mentioned that the hotel offers late check out until 4 pm but the hotel asked be to pay THB 2000 and when I have told the duty manager that one of your benefits are late check out up to 4pm for free, she said in a rude way you have to pay at least THB 1000. Frankly speaking, few of staff was very friendly and helpful, especially K. Nat. Personally, I will never stay again at this hotel and I will never recommend to anybody.
